Customers worry about being out by lunchtime, but the bigger problem is often getting into the new home. Keys are rarely released early in a chain, and late afternoon key release is common enough that customers should plan for it.
The removals team can be loaded and ready, but unloading cannot begin until keys are released.

Ask solicitors how completion day is expected to work. Be realistic about timing and make sure everything within your control is done before moving day.
