Exhibition equipment spends more time in storage than it does on display. That is why exhibition logistics should not be treated as a single delivery. The useful service is the full cycle: store, prepare, transport, deliver, support, recover and return to storage.

The full exhibition cycle

We have supported exhibition customers for more than three years, including equipment storage, transport to venues, return journeys and practical support around build-up. Work has included Manchester, Birmingham and Paris, with equipment volumes up to around 40m³.

For one exhibition customer, the relationship grew because it was simply easier to give the whole problem to one provider. They needed storage, transport and practical handling. We supplied cage trolleys because that fitted their process better than forcing the job into a standard removals approach.

Why one supplier helps

When one company stores the equipment, another transports it and another helps at the venue, the customer ends up coordinating the difficult parts. That creates friction. A single point of contact reduces handovers and makes return journeys much easier.

Storage matters between events

Exhibition equipment needs to be accessible and ready. It may include stands, frames, cases, lighting, display materials, promotional goods and awkward components. Keeping everything together and transport-ready reduces stress before the next event.
