One of the more demanding commercial relocation jobs we have completed involved moving a full commercial kitchen, including industrial appliances, from a Harry Ramsden’s unit on the third floor of the Lowry Outlet at Salford Quays to a branch on Blackpool front.
Why commercial kitchens are difficult
Commercial kitchens are among the more difficult removals jobs because they combine weight, awkward shapes, hygiene-sensitive equipment and difficult access. Industrial appliances are not household furniture. They may be heavy, tight to manoeuvre and difficult to protect properly.
Access changes everything
A third-floor commercial site is a very different job from a ground-floor unit with direct loading access. The route, lifts, doors, timing and loading area all matter. If any part of that chain is wrong, the move slows down quickly.
Manpower removals, not machine loading
Our commercial relocation work is strongest where manpower, planning, protection and transport are required. We are not trying to be a forklift or plant-hire company. Where specialist machinery is needed, that expectation needs agreeing before the job starts.
What this teaches businesses
Commercial moves should be discussed properly before a price is agreed. Weight, access, loading responsibility, delivery access and timings all matter. The more specific the customer is, the better the job can be planned.

Yes. Weight and access make them one of the more difficult commercial removals jobs.
